Danielle started her Young Chef’s career with Deane’s Restaurant where she served for 5 years helping maintain the coveted Michelin Star at Restaurant Michael Deane Belfast.
Returning home locally to Co Down, Danielle secured the Sous Chef Position in Restaurant 23. Displaying her phenomenal talent Danielle won Young Chef of the Year 2008 with Confidence and ease, and is competing in this years Gordon Ramsey Scholarship. All in all, a very exciting young chef, with a good future in this company.
