Driven by success Trevor started his career with Raymond at the Nuremore in 2002 and over a period of three years achieved many accolades including, Baileys Young Chef of the year, All Ireland Young Chef of the year, Gordon Ramsey Scholarship Finalist, All Ireland Senior Chef of the Year and Northern Ireland senior Chef of the year.
Trevor was given the opportunity to work with the Gordon Ramsey Group at the 2 Star Michelin Pétrus Restaurant London, followed by Michel Sarron also 2 Michelin Star in Toulouse France. He then returned home to take up the challenge of his first Head Chef’s position at Restaurant 23 Warrenpoint in 2006, where he has achieved a Bib Gourmand from Michelin and the top ranking from all the Irish food Guides.
